30 for 30

This year, we’re celebrating 30 years of changing lives at Paul’s Place.

Join our 30 for 30 campaign to honour the past and fuel the future.

We invite YOU to take part by completing your own 30-themed challenge to help raise vital funds for Paul’s Place.

Whether you give £30, raise £300 from 30 friends, or take 30 actions for good, you’re helping write the next chapter of our story.

Together, let’s make 30 mean something big.

Your 30. Your way.

30 for 30 is simple: do something linked to the number 30 and raise money for Paul’s Place. It’s your 30, your way — whatever suits your interests, abilities, and imagination!

You could take action for 30 days, inspire 30 friends to donate, run for 30 miles. However you show up, you’re part of the movement.

Join forces with colleagues, family members, friends, classmates, or go it alone for a solo challenge. Remember, “30 for 30” is for everyone, whatever your age or ability. Are you up for the challenge?

Here are some ideas:

  • Move for 30
Walk, run, bike, or swim. 30 miles. 30 minutes a day. 30 consecutive days. Whatever challenge you set yourself will make a huge impact.

  • 30-Day Fitness Fundraiser
Burpees, squats, planking— Set yourself an amount to do each day for 30 days and share daily progress on socials.

  • Do 30 Things
Complete 30 acts of kindness or good deeds—collect donations along the way.

  • Get 30 to give
    Set yourself a goal of inspiring 30 people to donate. £5 each = £150. £10 each = £300. £30 each = £900!
  • Sacrifice for 30
Give up something for 30 days; whether it’s chocolate, alcohol, social media doom scrolling or something else.

How to get started.

  1. Pick your challenge: Choose something meaningful and fun for you.
  2. Set a fundraising goal: Every pound you raise helps support disabled people.
  3. Set up your Just Giving page. We will automatically get your details and be in touch to send your Paul’s Place T shirt.
  4. Spread the word: Tell friends, family, and colleagues.
  5. Share your journey: Post updates, photos, and videos on social media. Tag us using #PaulsPlace30for30!
  6. Celebrate your impact: When you finish, we’ll celebrate YOU and all the change you’ve helped create.
